Services Bleep test preparation
Are you already in the public services or in the application stages but struggling with the bleep test? If so then this program is for you.
I have been running the test, facilitating and supporting others through the test for over 25 years and there is not much I have not seen when it comes to the physical and mental barriers around the test.
Based on this experience I have developed a tried and tested bleep specific training program and meal plan.

Training plan
A common mistake i see is that people train incorrectly for the test. Whilst any physical training is always admired and recommended, we need to get clever with the way we train for this test.
Bleep specific training is short and sharp. The test itself is short and only a few minutes long depending on the role so this plan really homes in on this. All sessions are generally under 20 minutes long and all you need is enough space to practice the test and somewhere to run.
It can be specific to each individual and their target but generally requires 5 short training sessions per week.
Meal Plan
By combining our training plan together with a meal plan we can improve our chances of passing the test. If we fuel our body in the right way we will get better results.
Typically you can loose around 1 stone in weight during 8 weeks on this plan (differs depending on the individual).
